Refund Policy

Our return/refund policy is different for digital products (e.g. plugin software) and physical products (e.g. merch T-shirts).

Digital Products

• If you are dissatisified with your digital product, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund.
• I would appreciate it if you let us know why you're requesting the refund.
• WI would appreciate it if you delete any copies of the license certificate file from your system.
• To return a digital product, please open a Support Conversation.

Physical Products

• If you are dissatisified with your physical product, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund.
• The full refund will not include the cost of shipping or the cost of returning it, only the product itself.
• We would appreciate it if you inform us of why you are returning the physical product.
• Please do not send the physical product back to the original manufacturer.
• You must return the physical product to Crickets Audio, PO Box 3647, Rundle Mall SA 5000, Australia.
• The physical product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The physical product must be in its original packaging.
• We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the physical product is not in its original condition.
• To return a physical product, please open a Support Conversation.
