Strata Upgrades

To purchase a Strata Upgrade after having purchased Strata Prime, go to the Licences Page and click on the magnifying glass for your Strata Prime licence and there will be a button to add an upgrade product in your shopping cart.

When you purchase Strata Prime, you do not lock in your future upgrade price. The price you pay to upgrade will be the upgrade price at the time you upgrade.

Vouchers

If you have a voucher, you can enter it in the shopping cart page or during checkout.

FastSpring Checkout

Checkout is handled by FastSpring, which automatically detects your country and applies any required local taxes. For all countries except the USA, the listed prices include tax. In the USA, sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your state, so the only way to see your exact total is to proceed to checkout, where FastSpring will show the final confirmed price.

General Conditions

• You can get a demo licence to try any plugin for 14 days before purchasing.
• Once you have purchased a plugin, you can obtain a refund within 14 days.
• A plugin can be used on one computer for multiple users, or by one user on multiple computers.
• Purchasing a plugin allows you (legally) to run that plugin forever.
• Purchasing a plugin gives you five years of free updates.

Volume Discounts

• Volume discounts are available for organisations with at least 20 computers/users. Contact us.

Educational Discounts

• At this time, there are no discounts for students. *
• Education discounts are available to educational institutions. Contact us.

* There are no discounts for students because our products are low price products and we do not know of a way we can program this website to determine whether you are a student of an educational institution. If you know of a way to do this (e.g. an API), please let me know.
