Here is a list of your licensee records:

When you checkout to purchase a licence, you can select a licensee from this list. If you have no licensee records, one will be created automatically in your own name at checkout.

Note: Once a licensee record has been used in a licence, it can no longer be updated or deleted (padlock icon)

About Licensees

I appreciate that, while you might have created a Crickets Audio account under your own name, you might wish to purchase a licence under a different name. Examples:

• You are purchasing 20 licences for a music teaching room in a university.
• You are a technical assistant in a commercial music studio and you are purchasing a licence for the studio.
• You are a technical assistant in a commercial music studio and you are purchasing a licence for the principal.

This matters because the licensee name appears in the software licence and the software licence certificate. You might not want your personal name in these when you are just the person who has been given the task of buying the licence and installing the software.

This page allows you to create up to 5 official Licensees on behalf of whom you can purchase licences.

Note: You cannot purchase a licence for two different licensees in the same order. If you want to do this, place two separate orders.
